Sir Keir Starmer's Labour government will not pursue an objection to the International Criminal Court (ICC) issuing an arrest warrant for Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Prosecutor Karim Khan KC applied for arrest warrants to be issued for Israel's prime minister and Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar over alleged war crimes earlier this year.
But under Rishi Sunak's Tory government, the UK had considered challenging the right of the ICC to issue arrest warrants for Mr Netanyahu and Israel's defence minister, Yoav Gallant.
A Number 10 spokesperson said the government would not be pursuing the previous government's objection because it was matter for the court to decide on.
They said the government's decision as neither an objection or endorsement of the ICC's case against Mr Netanyahu.
"The government believes strongly in the rule of law and separation of powers," they said, adding that the court should make independent decisions.

If a Labour Member of Parliament (MP) wasn’t pro-HAMAS, the Muslims put up an opponent to run against the Labour MP.

Israel needs to openly develop missiles capable of delivering thermonuclear warheads as far away as Glasgow to keep the British government from arming HAMAS and Hezbollah.
Israel should also try to get the British government to unilaterally abandon nuclear arms and to agree by treaty not to arm HAMAS and Hezbollah.
Britain is gone. No redemption coming for them. When the Muslims complete their takeover, how many will be allowed to leave? Of those that do get out America needs to be wary of who they really are and what they promote.

In short order the Labour Government will make it a crime to criticize the Islamic religion and the unlimited illegal immigration from Islamic countries.
The ICC are too shikenchit to arrest the Hammy October 7th killers though, huh. The ICC is a joke. Bi Bi needs to tell them, “Come and Take Me”. I doubt the ICC fags have the testicular fortitude to take on the Israelis.

That might not be an overreaction. Dr Peter Hammond did a study on this. When Muslims reach about 5% of the population, they cease to become quiet neighbors and start to loudly demand things. They start to take control.
That’s where the UK is now, as is France and Germany.
