I heard yesterday that the Secret Service does not record and keep radio transmissions between their operatives when on a job like Butler. If that is the case, the recordings of what the on the ground SS supervisor was saying to her snipers and personnel don’t exist.

Congress has a transcript, but then it was admitted that the transcript was altered. It was the tape that Congress requested after learning that the transcript was altered, but was denied access to the tape.
