Sky News tonight told us that the shooter was seen carrying a ladder. He climbed up on the roof with his rifle and although several members of the public attempted to alert LEO’s that there was a man on the roof with a rifle, there was no immediate response. Apparently one officer climbed the ladder, but when he reached the top, the gunman pointed the rifle at him and so he climbed back down.
After President Trump was shot, the female security personnel ran around like chickens sans their heads, one scrambled down low to rescue the Presidents red cap, another ran frantically back and forth while struggling to put her gun into its holster. Keystone Cops couldn’t have done it better.
There’s the suggestion that the female head of security is a friend of Dr (?) Jill Biden, and she promised to hire more women on security duty. Heaven help us. I can just see the next step; they would need to be coloured women. Just give Whoopie a gun and get it over with.
And you can’t have security personnel up on a sloping roof, they might get hurt. Mind you, the fellow that carried the ladder didn’t think the slope was too much.
