The next step in the madness: Expecting a good outcome to the treatment of your disease is “White Supremacist”. Bad outcomes are very 3rd world, and you need to come to accept that.

So, if Duke medical care is late, the people and facilities are slovenly, dirty and rude, and the nurses and doctors are all unskilled DIE folks: Why is anyone going to make the effort to seek out their care?.
