I feel bad for this judge. He’ll have a visit from the FBI soon, and then search warrants and then removed as a judge for imposing a sentence like this to staunce Biden Supporters

“On that day, supporters of then-outgoing President Donald Trump held a “Patriot March” in the coastal neighborhood, some of them falsely claiming that the 2020 presidential election had been stolen.”
Freaking media always has to say it was falsely claiming.

Yup—that is the difference between news and propaganda.
News lets people speak for themselves.
Propaganda characterizes those opinions and replaces them with the opinion of the reporter, editor, or owner.

A San Diego judge sentenced eight defendants to prison and jail terms Friday for their roles in a series of politically motivated attacks during a January 2021 rally in Pacific Beach, calling the defendants “hypocritical” for professing to be anti-fascist while violently assaulting political opponents practicing free speech. A judge gets it right. Anyone who opposes fascism should also oppose antifa. Their name, like the balaclavas they wear to cover their faces, is nothing more than a veil for their true fascist colors.

left with no doubt as to the existence of antifa as an organization.
“I don’t believe it’s as structured as a criminal cartel,” Goldstein said. “I think it pops up fairly fast … But it does appear they have funding, and they have an ability to make contact and morph into other things very quickly, in many different jurisdictions.”

I’ll bet the case was so egregious against these people the judge had no choice.
The author of the piece did what he could as well.
Damn we’re infested with these commies.

It is not Antifa. It is Anti-FA. The FA is First Amendment.
