I would think there would be a case for reimbursing all of Trump’s legal fees. But is there anything to compensate for injury, etc., short of suing?
If Trump’s legal fees for all of the bogus cases would be reimbursed to him, then it would be in effect free campaign PR for him. He’s gotten more popularity from the persecution than spending money campaigning would have gotten him. So bonus points if his persecution costs are reimbursed.
