The Chevron Deference Ruling by SCOTUS on Thursday SHOULD put an end to most this. (Of course, the bold scofflaws will do their best to continue to do what they’ve been doing. We’ll have to see if anyone stops them.)

Decades ago the, some industries used to spew toxic waste into the air air around the Houston Ship Channel in the early morning hours.
