The State executed the illegal INTENT of this president and now finds it had no legal authority to cancel debt for sch loans or reward for repaying it early!
Biden and the DNC organized riots in over 500 cities, pulling police and security allowing mayor’s and state governor’s to preside over destruction of property and loss of innocent lives.
Abortion and Roe vs Wade overturned remanding back to States rights the issues abortion parameters.

Biden threw down the Gauntlet at SCOTUS this evening. Any chance that SCOTUS might have left each agency’s in place for individual litigation to force repeal was probably lost by the DNC. SCOTUS may now pre-emptively kill all Agency rules and force Congress to legislate and enact laws, effectively kill the Administrative State of ‘46. The timing may see a case and the opinions striking RULES just after the November election, humiliating Biden as a lame duck/dick.
I look for the December docket to rock Washington and the Admin State to it’s core. With a 7-2 conservative majority on the Court, the next 40 years will see the Lefts legal gains since the 70s overturned. EPA, Education, Intelligence, State, Military will all lose 50% of their budgets as the scope of Fed Govt receedes.
