I listened to it. I found it an interesting summary of Russian political history after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The gist is:
Yeltsin was a drunk and let his female family run Russia. As a distant relative Putin was allowed to take over when Yeltsin resigned. The rest of Yeltsin's family was pushed one-by-one out of power. Putin surrounded himself and gave power and wealth to friends of his younger days, old KGB pals, and associates from the mayor of Leningrad's office. Lately he has been promoting politically members of his family that hitherto he had kept very much out of the public eye, perhaps to build a political family dynasty.
