Little did we know how it would turn out. I've looked at numbers and graphs all my last 50 years and know the change in this trend is not natural. Every time you see something like this you start looking for the failure or error. If this is not enough to get the fraud investigation going nothing would have. The fix was in and if anybody can't see that they are a fool or a crook and a liar.
You should also take note that these graphs for Pennslyvania, Michigan and Wisconsin have been buried as deeply as possible in the internet searches. You usually can't find them until you go to Australia.
I’m a mechanical engineer and MBA (retired) and spent my career with data. Yes, systems do not exhibit that discontinuity unless there is a failure.
