This should be no surprise to anyone.
Ukraine has never had the GDP, natural resources, manufacturing or population to war with Russia. Only chance they had to avoid surrender is USA or NATO willing to stand between them. It’s obvious that ain’t happenin’....

Russia had superiority in all those areas, yet, they haven't been able to battle their way to what was supposed to be a quick and simple victory against a much smaller rival. ,br>
And, Russia bit off a lot more than they can chew, and their economy is not much better than that of a third-world country. Russia is big, but not economically, and they've lost a lot more than they've gained or hope to gain with a victory if they ever achieve it. Russia will be in a quagmire for many more years.
