IMHO, Bannon should have had executive immunity. I believe what happened is at first he refused to testify because he felt he had executive privilege, and once Trump released him from “executive privilege” he agreed to testify, but the committee refused to reschedule his testimony and continued with the prosecution for contempt.
But, SCOTUS refused to take up his case, so off to prison he goes.
There needs to be an emergency Emergency Injunction. He’s speaking, from in front of the prison area, now.
