A federal appeals court will allow a key part of Biden’s student loan relief plan to resume as the legal challenges against it unfold.
The 10th Circuit Court granted the Biden administration’s request to stay an order from last week that temporarily blocked a provision of its Saving on a Valuable Education, or SAVE, plan.

I’ve had three e-mails from various people all with the same address (Advertising Services, PO Box 249 #57223, Albuquerque, NM 87103) telling me they can help me get rid of my student loans.
I graduated High School in 1964 and have NEVER had a student loan.
Lots of scammers out there so be careful!

How stupid were we to pay our tuition on time and in full. Doubly stupid to scrimp and save for our kids’ tuition. Now, we’re having to pay everyone else’s.
I can’t understand how it was that it was cheaper back then to be in college instead of sitting at home. Yes, greed but that greed has jumped so high.
So it’s OK for a Democrat president to ignore a Supreme Court ruling, then they turn right around and say Trump is the fascist.
