Widow of firefighter killed by Trump shooter refused condolence call from Biden.
“I didn’t talk to Biden. I didn’t want to talk to him. My husband was a devout Republican and he would not have wanted me to talk to him.”
Helen Comperatore, the wife of firefighter volunteer Corey Comperatore declined the call from Biden but said despite not wanting to talk she didn’t “have any ill will towards Joe Biden.”
Her husband died after one of the bullets fired towards Trump struck him in after he shielded his wife and daughter.
