The often-cited Wong Kim Ark of 1898 is used in error, as the plaintiffs parents were legally resident within the USA, whereas Kamala's parents were "non resident aliens" at the time of her 1964 birth.
Courts have not yet ruled on the facts of this matter (but Congress could)!
You can argue with me and anybody else until you’re blue in the face. I’ve heard these claims for years and years and years. The true believers REALLY believe it. Yet....nothing ever happens that would validate their belief. As interpreted currently and since the late 19th century, if you are born on US territory you are a natural born citizen. Your parents’ citizenship is irrelevant.
"The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."
have a look at what SCOTUS has ruled. Have a look at the fact that Obama was sworn in as president twice.
You can argue this forever. Its just that nobody is following your interpretation of the constitution about this.
Do you mean, that the media could lie to us? Not possible! /s
Has the SCOTUS followed your interpretation? Have any of the federal courts? Ever?
Courts have not (yet) ruled on the merits of this case, only on the question of standing. The prospect today, is that with some prompting, Congress may exercise a ministerial action and address it instead.
And, if you recall, the certification of the 2020 election occurred in an "emergency" J6 session of Congress, which exempted its results from review by the Supreme Court. Some have speculated that was the intention of the set up action by the Capitol police that day.
Of course there was election fraud in 2020. Sure, Courts “could” address it and come to the conclusion you support.
Lemme know when that happens.
Will let you know, so long as free speech is allowed to continue under our “Commander in Chief/President” Harris.
Cool. I’ll wait to hear all about it when it happens.
