Win Red is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
They set my MIL up to auto-donate when she made a one time donation. We had all the charges to her card reversed.

I too was/am concerned about WinRed. They say you can choose to whom your donation goes, they (WinRed) charge a 3.94% processing fee so perhaps it is the "official" place to donate.

From their website:
WinRed charges a 3.94% processing fee for every transaction made. Only candidates and organizations you choose to donate to will receive money.

When you make a donation on WinRed, you are donating to a specific candidate or organization, but your donation will first pass through the WinRed PAC for federal committees. For donations to state level committees, WinRed Technical Services is used as a vendor to process donations.

Winred is ok just DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER.

I donate on line with the candidates email...even then DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER.

YOU WILL REGRET IT. Once they have your number they sell, share, pass it around like a joint at a pot party.

I've received as many as 6 texts an hour from "candidates" with their hand out. All promising to not be like the other "conservatives",
