I don’t think so. They prosecution never specified what felony Trump was supposed to have committed until late in the trial. I think they only brought it up during closing arguments, which wouldn’t have given the defense the opportunity to respond.
They gave a choice of THREE. And then said they don’t have to prove the underlying offense.
