They’re mostly trying to infiltrate special operations bases.
There was an incident here in the U.S. where two followers of ramzan kadyrov disguised as workers for the local cable company tried to mess with a tier 1 operator. Surveillance equipment was found in their vehicle BTW.
I don’t doubt that even a little...the incidents of Chinese espionage far outnumber those by any other country, even Russia.
