“Why bother trying to explain it to them?”

I pretty much don’t try to explain. Usually end with “You don’t get it. It’s not your fault.” It’s what’s in a person’s heart that gives them the potential to understand.

I like the poster — can’t recall which one — who gives more importance to a life with his “hot wife” than with God. 🙄

Such people have as yet not tangled with the Holy Spirit whose principle task on earth is to glorify Christ by convincing them of sin, of rigteousnes, and judgment; thereby inducing terror, sorrow, and repentance (which is a permanent change of a reasoning mind).

They have not yet been thus terrorized by the revelation of God's Well-earned Righteous Wrath against them, PERSONALLY.

Not one of them is a "good" person. Job's book detailing the Plan of Salvation shows that he finally figured that out.
