[“The [disgraced] cable channel … drew just 83,000 viewers aged 25 to 54 during the week of May 13-19 from 8 to 11 p.m. — its lowest-rated week since 1991, according to Nielsen.”]
Is that 83,000 total for those FIVE days? ROTFLOL

You know who has been gaining while CNN has declined: MSNBC.
The Dims keep mobing further to the Left with further to the Left media benefitting.

When the government itself runs the news media, there is no incentive to report news. It merely shapes itself around its self interest disguised as news.

“Struggling CNN dropped into fourth place behind Newsmax for prime time viewership ratings last Friday night”
Some good news for the day. I guess fewer and fewer people are going for the woke BS. Also, the bias in the Trump reporting.

A rerun of Sponge Bob SquarePants draws 2 million viewers, beating out ALL the cable news outlets.
It just demonstrates how non-important the Nielson Ratings is, or how many low information voters are in the USA.

Spewing deep state propaganda/lies doesn't require ad revenue...it's all paid by the deep state.
In related news...
Gov. doesn't need your tax dollars (they make money out of thin air with a keyboard click)...taxing is merely a means of control.

In order to understand this poltically, though, you need to combine the MSNBC numbers with CNN and compare those to Fox.
Combined it was 194k to 186k, so lefties are ahead.
Now a while ago, before Fox got rid of Tucker, they were beating the leftie channels combined. Fox pissed that away with stupid management.

CNN and, more importantly, Disney/ABC are primed for a conservative take over.
Disney could form the cornerstone of a conservative media empire.
I’d like to see it done on a grass roots level, akin to how Game Stop was done, as that would avoid “poison pill” restrictions. A populist take over.
Have Trump take 4%. And Musk another 4%. (4% being the magic reporting number). About 15 billionaires could form the cornerstone with the rest filled in by grass roots.
Replace the board and then the execs, then start cramming down policies.
Put Tucker Carlson in charge of ABC.

This has been happening for at least a decade - low ratings, etc. Yet somehow CNN keeps managing to stay on the air. Ditto for MSMBC.
Gotta get out that “Orange Man Bad” narrative, even though no no one is listening....
