Agree 100%. It would be pointless for Trump to testify, especially when no underlying crime has been presented. If judges refuses to give a directed verdict then call Cohen’s lawyer and then rest the defense.
I’ve heard various attorneys say if Trump would testify, they could manipulate his testimony into perogy.
