The IOC sure does seem to be proud ofhanding out hundreds of thousands of condoms to the athletes:

I was sent to Germany after Vietnam. (1971-72) Bought a 1965 VW for $50. Lots of beautiful women in Germany who wanted to come to the USA. Didn't bring one home, but a few tried to persuade me in that car. Youth & flexibility is helpful in some situations.
