Lately the Mrs, is checking every package for GMOs. We are trying not to buy any product made with GMO wheat/grains, etc.
It is in almost everything. Of course, it is in really small lettering on the package. The other thing now is they put the symbol/thingy(technical term)that you read with the camera of your smart phone. It is a computer link that takes you to their website where there is a list of ingredients. This is how they get around listing the contents on the package.
We are getting to a point where the processed sugar is about the healthiest thing in most foods. That is not good. My great grandparents probably ingested zero soy their entire lives. Now, GMO soy is nearly impossible to avoid.
