All ceremonies appear to have been completed without incident. I assume the Russians let it be know to the West that another “ISIS” terror attack today would have serious repercussions in NATO countries. If we don’t see terrorism on Thursday perhaps the escalation to WWIII will stay on its slower but steady current track.
