Wouldn't it be great if that were true?
True if the public expected it, or true that Legislators should meet a high standard of conduct? Because I’m well past expecting ethical behavior from Legislators. and they seem determined to live down to my expectations. Politics seems to attract some sketchy folks, and the ones that excel in politics are the sketchiest.
