The public expects Legislators to meet a high standard of conduct.Wouldn't it be great if that were true?

Usually when it’s a Dem you have to read 20 paragraphs to get to that detail, if its there at all.

The home was that of her late father and where her stepmother still lives. This does rather complicate matters.

Currently, Democrats hold just a one seat majority (34-33) in the 67-member Minnesota Senate with the Legislature now heading into the final month of its 2024 session.
Technically, it is currently a 33-33 tie. Who holds the tie breaking vote? Is the legislature even in session? Maine has adjourned (except for veto day) until the next election.
Answer to second question.
In 2024, the legislature was scheduled to convene on February 12, 2024, and adjourn on May 20, 2024.
Still looking for the answer to the fisrt.

There’s more to this story than either the police, press or the accused are saying.

My MIL married another man well after my FIL had passed away. They had set expectations about heirlooms, money etc. so everyone understood their wishes. He passed first and she was able to use his $$ for lodging and transportation, but when she passed, his remaining $$ went to their church. This allowed her mom to hang onto her $$ and leave a little bit for her three kids.
