Its the foreign students that pay full freight, and very often their billionaire parents who donate. They are the cash cows of the university system.
There are hordes of Arabian Penninsula people in the pro-Pali ranks.
The American liberal kids are also disproportionately wealthy, etc.
On the other side are older alumni, also donors, who, at this point, are sick of all this. So its money vs money. Either way the universities lose. And they should.
If you truly support Israel, you support Israel now and in the future. I’m the anomaly for our generation, I think. I don’t support the indiscriminate killing of innocent civilians. The younger voters and coming generations of voters are becoming vehemently anti Israel. Even with AIPAC, in the next twenty years the U.S. support of Israel will evaporate if Israel does not address this situation today.
It does not matter if their position is correct or not, the result will be the same. The time to address climate change lies was one and two generations ago. That horse is gone and the barn burned down now. That will be the case with American support for Israel in one or two generations if not sooner.
