Could we not make a LOT of the “glide bombs” that Russia seems to be using to good effect? ? Would be good to have plus as many cheap but effective drones. Copy the Chinese ones?
The JDAM is similar, but more expensive with less range.

They could redesign for more range.
But the other problem is that the Russians are jamming GPS in large areas, so all the USA gps weapons are useless in those locations.
They tend to use laser targetting from drones.
