A married teacher has been arrested over an alleged sexual relationship with a student after they were caught in 'states of undress' in a nature preserve.
Jessica Sawicki, 37, from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, taught English at Hamilton High School West in Trenton, which is about a 20-minute drive from the preserve.
She is accused of sexually assaulting the student - who has been described as 'at least 16 but not yet 18' - at the Assunpink Wildlife Management Area in Upper Freehold.

Yup, too many beta simps here. Providing excuses for double standards.
“Sorry but I meant to type I wasn’t her school teacher. “

I submit for your acceptance a sincere redaction of my assessment.
If I were NOT to be able to redact and more importantly, be sorry if I offended you, than my words are worthless.
PS. They would still stand for any male or female teacher messing with a student of any age. I gather you would know that, already.
Please accept my apology for this case of chastisement.
Woa.
Fuzz, did you actually read his comments?
There’s no way that those particular comments would be an indication of approval for sex of an adult with a minor.
I doubt my reading comprehension has digressed.... I think perhaps you may have read the first part and not the ending....
Yes. I did go back and read it again...just incase I didn’t catch where he was approving of it.... didn’t see where he was approving of it....
Not guilty! She’s just naughty and needs a spanking!
No worries my FRiend!
My sarcastic comment was directed at someone with whom I agree in the voice of the perverts who expressed the desire to boink the teacher when they were students.
And. Sigh.
She will lose her marriage and her job.
Didn’t think this through very well.
Ah.
For someone who is literal in her interpretation of the language I should have asked if you forgot the Sarcasm Tag.
I will attempt to remind myself of the possibility of sarcasm in replies.
Years ago I was banned for using sarcasm.... (decades, actually under a younger name). It appeared my sarcasm wasn’t welcomed...
Sorry you're not in the loop. The point of the guilty / not guilty comment is to harshly remind people of the double standards with crimes against minors by men versus women and the dual legal systems we have.
This sick truth comes from a judge in a Tampa court who let teacher Debra Lafave avoid prison because she was "too pretty for prison", after she had sex with a 14-year-old male middle school student of hers, and the Florida Supreme Court upheld the judge's sentence.

So, be sick of it. Be very sick of it, but understand what's really be referenced. This woman is far from the only female criminal who faced a lesser sentence. The next time someone tells you about the validity of government or law, or oppressed women, just remind them of the double standard of how men are sentenced and women are sentenced for their crimes.
How does a woman sexually assault a young male? Doesn’t seem like she is equipped to do that!
Yeah. All the I wish she was my teacher, and where was this teacher when I was a student, and 16 is old enough comments prove your misguided point.
I joke a lot, but this is so sad.
because it’s against the law for ugly female teachers to have sex with minor students but it’s okay for attractive ones to. It’s right there in the legal documentation in my previous post.
You are right. Her actions and lack of restraint will lead to her divorce and losing her job. It might screw up the kid as well. No one wins in all this.
I have to say I couldn't help but notice. By her later comments, my wife also noticed.
We both questioned if what we saw might have been an attempt by the teacher, consciously or not to capture the attention of what might otherwise have been disruptive boys?
Re: 57 - it is what it is. Some of the comments are due to ignorance, some are due to upbringing.
One good thing about this is that this woman will never teach again.
Re: 80 - agree. As noted in my previous post, some of the comments are likely due to ignorance, some due to upbringing, etc.
