People are concerned about the announcement Israel is pulling their punch in Gaza.
It may be Israel wants to be seen as appeasing Biden; he has threatened Israel according to reports.
If Iran strikes Israel - and they very well may - Israel and their allies in Congress can lay it at Biden’s feet, i.e. Biden’s threats to withhold support of Israel emboldened Iran’s radical government.
This may not be Israeli deliberate strategy but it may be the way it works out.
If Iran strikes Israel after Biden’s overtures to the terrorists, Israel is clear to take whatever measures are necessary. And Biden is going to look like he is not the free world leader we need.

Israel does have the capability to take out Kharg Island in the Persian Gulf with conventional weapons. About 80% of Iran’s oil exports are from Kharg Island. Iran’s economy would go up in the smoking burning oil of Kharg Island.
