Kudos for being abreast cancer survivor!
My wife, literally the girl-next-door, lost that battle when she was 28 and my girls were 4 and 1.
I always follow breast cancer treatments & advancements for my “little girls” as it runs in their mother’s family.
I hope they’re keeping up on BRCA info and/or testing.
A friend of mine had it rampant in her family, was tested for BRCA, and had an elective prophylactic double mastectomy about six months ago. (Her identical twin sister won’t do it — doesn’t want to know.)
For me, zero history on either side of my family. I think those cells were triggered to become active due to stress. Had ulcers at the same time.
