“We know that if Putin is successful here, he will not stop, encouraged by the fact that “we failed” to support a democracy, “Austin said.
Americans need to know why Zelensky “failed to defend democracy” given the gargantuan US financial and military support he received. (below)

When compared with U.S. assistance to other top recipients, both in recent years
and in decades past, the extraordinary scale of this aid to Ukraine comes into view.
Long list but what did they actually receive from The Big Guy?
Your list just blows me away. I wish you could locate one that itemizes what’s left to protect the U.S.
There is nothing that can be done to prevent that short of direct NATO intervention.
It is time for a negotiated settlement before it is too late.
Sending even more of the US and NATO weapons stockpiles into a losing Ukraine conflict makes the US and NATO weaker not stronger and so sending our weapons to Ukraine makes it more likely that Russia would enter into a war with a weakened West, not less likely so Austin is probably incorrect in his predictions.
At this point, it's not about Ukraine winning or losing. It's all about prolonging the war until after the 2024 elections so the American people do not realize how badly Biden, Austin and the Democrats have screwed up.
Filed. Thanks for this, Liz. Incredible amount of massively expensive stuff to just give away to lose. Costly to Ukrainians especially. This has to be due to the kickback scheme running all the way back to obamaumao the First, and supporting a hell of a lot of Senators (back to McCain, and don’t forget Lindsey).
