Former President Donald Trump plans to meet with U.S. Border Patrol agents during his trip to the Southern Border on Thursday, while the National Border Patrol Union is telling President Joe Biden, who is also visiting the border Thursday to "keep our name out of your mouth."
"Today, President Trump will visit the crime scene at Biden’s open border, where Joe Biden’s failure has resulted in more than 9 million illegal immigrants, 27 tons of deadly fentanyl, and dangerous criminals crossing the border since he took office," Trump Campaign National press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Thursday.
"President Trump will meet with brave US Border Patrol agents and state and local law enforcement officials working on the frontlines of Biden’s crisis, and he will outline his plan to put America first and secure the border immediately upon taking office," she also said as Trump is set to visit Eagle Pass, Texas, the site of a major border enforcement standoff between Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott and the Biden administration.
Biden is set to visit Brownsville, Texas, located 300 miles south of Eagle Pass, on Thursday, but the Border Patrol Union gave him a hostile response before he even landed on the ground in Texas.
"Attention President Biden: Keep our name out of your mouth today," the union posted on X, formerly Twitter.

Folks criticize unions, and for good reason. Way too many unions are corrupt. I could tell a dozen stories about that, all from personal experience. But sometimes a union is the only organization willing to tell you the truth.
This is one of those times.
Unions, as a concept, are a good idea. But like any organization, they are prone to corruption.

I’d say that’s because they are under orders to keep the gates open. Disobey, and lose your job. And your union cannot help you when you are fired for insubordination.
Some orders are so repulsive and evil that they must be disobeyed. But is this a hill to die on for the average agent? Probably not.
They need to say it to his face, with the cameras running

Hardly a "failure." It's a huge success when your goal is to completely destroy what's left of our blessed USA. The vast majority of Americans still don't get WHY Biden has let in EIGHT MILLION illegals. Or maybe they suspect it but simply cannot come to believe or acknowledge that a president would actually and willfully seek to destroy the USA.
I suppose it's asking too much for Trump's press secretary to call a spade a spade.

Agreed on both counts. I was a member of a union for decades (three different ones in my working career). It would never happen, but applying term limits to union officers would go a long way to reducing that corruption.
Most union officers start out honorably, with good intentions. Then they get fat and lazy. Their first priority becomes themselves.
Kinda like with the folks in Congress.
I have to agree. It’s long past time to go bare knuckles. This is not a failure. This is treason, an organized invasion our country. They even ran ads in Haiti promising full support if they just got over the border illegally.
That’s not the only union thing he needs to “keep out of his mouth”.
It's my belief that Dems & RINOs and other US Gov. people
get a cut of the border drug smuggling profits. This
is not new idea of mine. I'm sure many people here
believe it too. I think that's the real reason for the
open/no border policy of the the USA's corrupt "leadership."
And of course the Left's white people replacement policy

Wow, had not heard that. Then there are the government-supported NGOs like Catholic “Charities” that are working actively in many countries to encourage and pay for illegal emigration to the US.

Yep the rats ran tv ads in Haiti promising food and housing all they had to do was make it across the border. I saw the story reported exactly one time.
I've been noticing it is increasingly hard to find stories like that in web searches regardless of search engine. I'm find LOTS of repeated hits in search engine searches with every single one taking the liberal point of view.
Somebody this morning posted a link to a YouTube video of a guy revealing exactly that a year ago.
