New York Governor Kathy Hochul has admitted the lawfare deployed against the Trump organization and President Donald Trump himself was a specific plan for his targeting and any other business interests or people within New York should not be concerned.
It’s a rather brazen admission all things considered; however, if it changes the public outlook as the various New York lawfare cases against President Trump continue, is yet to be determined.
(Via The Hill) – New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) addressed New York business owners in a new interview and told them there was “nothing to worry about” after former President Trump was hit with a $355 million fine and a ban on conducting business in New York for three years.
Hochul joined John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM, where she was asked if other New York businesspeople should be worried that if “they can do that to the former president, they can do that to anybody.”
“I think that this is really an extraordinary, unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about, because they’re very different than Donald Trump and his behavior,” Hochul responded.
That video will be Exhibit One in Trump’s appeal.

Trump haters have a trait in common. They believe most people either hate Trump or eventually will hate Trump and anyone else deserves to be rounded up and thrown into jail.
NYC seems to be the same den of thieves that is was during the American Revolution.
Bill of Attainer. Prohibited under the Constitution. Law specially crafted to get someone in particular. Ex Post Facto. Making a law up to make something a crime after the face. Prohibited. Jury trial for anything over 20$. I’d say over 350$ million dollars calls this into play. So much mockery of the Law here. There once was a time when Americans tarred and feathered public officials for things like this.
No doubt the financial assesssment books on thousands of real estate deals all over New York City are no different than Trump’s, which the New York Governor admits those other real estate interests don’t need to worry about.
This is how ‘the law’ works in totalitarian hellholes.
So for all you business owners out there, for people who borrowed money to buy a truck or a restaurant or a home YOU will be ruined if YOUR POLITICS differ from the thugs and goons in the democrat party.

The Treasury shall withhold payment of all money under current federal law to the State of New York and its political subdivisions and legislated entities and pay it instead to Donald J. Trump upon his application at any IRS office in the State of Florida until he has received $500 million.
Any payment he shall so received shall be free of federal revenue imposition.
There shall be a 100% federal excise tax on all punitive damage award income in excess of the lesser of:
1. 10% of the federally taxable income of the defendant(s) in the last federal income tax year(s) for which a return was last due prior to the initial case filing date(s), in the jurisdictions which the injuries of the plaintiff(s) occurred,
2. the annual income of the plaintiff(s) in the last federal income tax year(s) for which a return was last due prior to the initial case filing date(s).
The plaintiff(s), their legal representative(s) and the court(s) awarding such punitive damages shall be jointly and severably liable to file such federal tax returns as the Secretary of the Treasury shall require and for payment of the tax itself.
