How can Hur say Biden cooperated when Biden professed no memory of key facts?

Based on recent history, I think that if Trump says “I’m innocent” that is counted as “obstruction of justice”.
And if Trump does not confess to any and all crimes, that is counted as “failure to cooperate”.

“Equal Justice Under Law. That’s what it says on the pediment of the United States Supreme Court building.”

Every departing chief enters into a negotiation regarding what they can take with them when they leave. The rules are not at all clear. They are cut and dried. The president determines what are personal records.

The item from the special counsel's report that should have gotten the most attention was his statement that Biden's interview began the day after the Oct. 7 attack on Israel.
If Biden had the time to sit for this interview in the aftermath of a major incident that had diplomatic and military implications like that, then clearly he’s not the president of the United States in any functional capacity.

Hur’s unstated conclusion was that it is currently impossible to secure a conviction in DC against a democrat politician, given the state of the politicized democrat jury pool in that district.

IMO-—HUR KNEW the DOJ would NEVER prosecute Biden-—
HE LAID OUT THE FACTS HE ENCOUNTERED WHILE INTERVIEWING BIDEN.
HE TURNED a NON-PROSECUTING CASE INTO A BIDEN SUICIDE.

Again, here is where Limbaugh's absence leaves no leverage to humiliate not Biden (who is doing a good job of that on his own) but Jack Smith, by 'trying' the theory of the case side-by-side with Biden's non-case, and thusly shaming Congress and the GOP to support President Trump, including rescinding both Articles of Impeachment which were promised by both Speakers!
