Good essay—very easy reading but in my view understates the problem.

Demoralized older workers just retire early.

Young white males are angry and are going to get angrier.

In work settings that can lead to employee theft and sabotage.

Systems run by idiots are unable to cope with those kinds of problems at any scale.

Physics, physical chemistry, and engineering (and most other scientific disciplines) require calculus!

“Baby calculus” won’t do!

If some ethnic groups can’t or won’t learn calculus (or even algebra, geometry etc.), they should just stay out of STEM and stop whining!

One tactic I did not discuss is passive sabotage.

What do I mean by that?

Suppose you work at Boeing and they have been denigrating white males and refusing to give them deserved raises and promotions.

A white male sees a faulty part has been put on the assembly line.

Instead of reporting it to their boss they just do nothing.

Rinse and repeat.
