“Mandatory board member retirement at 75 years of age. Interesting concept.”

When voting proxies I vote no on the following:
1). Over age 70
2). Over 10 years service on the board
3). Zero business experience. Academics, social justice non-profit execs, politicians, and professional attorneys get a no vote from me.
4). Serving on more than 2 boards. Most corporate board members are paid $300K plus per year. They can’t be doing an adequate job for any single company if they are serving on too many boards. Serving on a corporate board should not be an honorary position or a DEI appointment. There should be serious work for the generous amount paid. Board members should be active, not just showing up for 4-5 meetings per year to have a nice lunch and rubber stamp management.

You are an impressively diligent shareholder for corporate governance.
