My company is in too deep too. Without divulging too much info, I work for a securities company. This company is waaaay in too deep with this stuff.
if the company is publicly traded a guy like Larry Fink has a lot of influence on those policies.
I want doctors, engineers, pilots, cops, the military and all others to be competent and I want my investments to earn money and grow. Simple as that. I don't give a hoot in hell how diverse they are or anything about ESG just as long as the are honest, moral, ethical and responsible. Anything else is waste of my money and not what I expect.

Al Sharpton complained a couple of weeks ago about how corporations were losing interest in DEI and were cutting off contributions. That’s one of the reasons he was so upset about the firing/resigning of Claudine Gay at Harvard.
