There are damages that are incurred through out the time period.

You can bring a case before the voting, during the voting, during the counting, after the counting, before the certification, after the certification...etc all the way thru to January 6th and any time after that.

And that's what the Trump team did. And it's what others have done, in 2000 for example.

I gave the links, and there are countless more. I myself argued with Freepers in January 2021 who said Trump was going to run off with that money. They were right and I was wrong. You just haven’t caught up yet.

Your links only show Trump transferring the money to the Save America PAC (or whatever it was called) after January 6th, after all of his court cases were turned away without evidence.
