The purpose of the impeachment is to make public Biden’s corruption, and through that, the DNCs corruption. Graham may have reasons not to want to go there.

Senator, it is not your call. Impeachment occurs in the House and is the equivalent of a formal charge. If Brandon is impeached, you will be shown the evidence against him and you can judge if it merits FJB’s removal from office.
