They wanted to create departments for Peace, LGBT, Climate Conservation Corps., Foreign Interference, Clemency Commission, Children & Youth, Cybersecurity.
All which increase the beast known as the Leviathan, in order to tax you more.
Perhaps you meant to say:
Ron is still yammering away promoting himself.
Because that is all he is really doing.
