The OSINT analysis demonstrates how the rocket motor malfunctioned and then separated from the warhead, producing a small explosion away from the hospital, and then the warhead detonating in the hospital’s parkng lot, igniting a fuel tank and truck explosion that likely resulted in most of the casualties (the building itself is mostly intact)
