Too bad there are so many comments here, so I can’t inbefore them.

Anyone alive today who was a German soldier in 1945 was at most a 20 year old young man trying to survive in a collapsing state being overrun by Soviet hordes. There is no one living who was a “Nazi” in the sense of being a policymaker, strategic planner, or decision maker. All of those people are long dead.

And it is remarkable that in 1962 with millions of living, real Nazis we had Hogans Heroes and war movies depicting German soldiers as honorable opponents and now, with a handful of old, old men who were boys in the rubble of the Third Reich are hunted like dogs and are the victims of a Brown Scare that grows larger by the day.

“Waffen-SS did more than just the Final Solution.”

You were the one claimed they were part of the German Army. The Waffen-SS was a separate force, although they served under army command. I never mentioned the Final Solution, but the activities of the 14th SS division which this guy served in. We don’t know if the guy personally was involved in any atrocities, supposedly he was screened before he was allowed into Canada. Having the guy cheered in Parliament was a bad mistake.

Ukrainian SS was engaged in a single battle against the Soviets in which it was immediately routed. Before that they were dealing with killing Jews and Poles.

I have confidence it will come out, as it nearly always does, regarding the lies told by the Left regarding Ukraine.

But even if it takes a while, are we REALLY supposed to believe that no one working for Trudeau considered the fact that if this guy was in Europe fighting the Allies in WW2, he was likely a Nazi...or did that little detail just not bother anyone up there, considering who they support in Ukraine?
