If the lifer cell mate is white, he will be lucky NOT to get the death penalty in Texas.

In most death penalty states, if a lifer inmate kills a guard or another inmate, it is automatically a death penalty case.

The ones I heard about he walked in & roamed the halls. When asked by security at one place what was he doing there, he said to ‘see Maria’ - there was a Maria in the kitchen so they did nothing. He staked out the handicapped parking at Walmart & followed at least one lady home.

Procedures are being changed because of him - all doors are not being left unlocked, have to sign in/out at front desk, etc.
