Biden will be 25th before they allow him to be removed for corruption.

Either that or dem reps and senators will pay him a visit and explain (using short words) how he needs to resign for the sake of the party.

Removal by the 25th requires, if the President disagrees, a 2/3rds vote in both houses of Congress to enthrone Kamala. This will take some time and will be messy.

I think that there are a lot of angles to this, all of which ultimately work to the Dems’ benefit, and leave us/conservatives cursing while whiffing on yet another kick at the football.

It could come down to assuring Slow Joe that they’ll cover for Hunter and cook up a passable story about his declining health - but not senility or incompetence - that will allow him to bow out with dignity and grace for the good of the country. (Just threw up in my mouth a little…)

They’ll never admit what anybody with an objective mind sees - a nasty, delusional pathological liar who has exhibited more corruption than any single politician in the history of our country.

More or less how they got Nixon to resign. His most loyal supporters came to him and said "we don't have the votes". Though in this case it's not a question of the votes, just they don't want to have to spend the campaign season defending Biden.

I am wondering if RFKj will jump ship and run as Reform party or other party. That would make things very tenuous for Biden, or his replacement. If 11,000 votes in one state makes the difference...

I suspect that Biden’s team is already working to prevent that, securing support whatever way that works. He’s going to have enough votes in the Senate to survive impeachment, and the clock is ticking. If Biden doesn’t step down soon, it messes up the primary calendar. If he holds out for another six months, Democrats in Congress may figure that they won’t be able to get rid of him.
