A federal judge for the second time found the DACA program unlawful, but held back from ordering the deportation of the nearly 600,000 people who remain in the country as “Dreamers.”
The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, first crafted with a 2012 memo under the Obama administration, was likewise found unlawful by federal District Court Judge Andrew Hanen in a similar ruling in 2021.
“While sympathetic to the predicament of DACA recipients and their families, this Court has expressed its concerns about the legality of the program for some time,” Hanen wrote in the 40-page ruling.
“The solution for these deficiencies lies with the legislature, not the executive or judicial branches. Congress, for any number of reasons, has decided not to pass DACA-like legislation.”

So, when are we going to get around to rescinding work permits and start deporting these illegal aliens and their families?!

That said, I wouldn't care, honestly. Make them leave and apply to come back through the lawful avenue that every other immigrant had to go through from the founding of the country.

Someone please tell me why we, US citizens, are bound to abide by our laws? Political exceptions can be made for anyone, and everyone that the liberal politicians want to protect, so why the hell should WE US CITIZENS obey any laws?

Contrarian - If a kid goes through the school system K-12 we have invested $120K in him. If we deport him, we get zero return on our investment.
So, if the kid has no gang affiliations and kept out of trouble, it makes sense to keep him here.
But only for Democraps. When it comes to Republicans though - especially the actual President and not the criminal occupier currently commandeering the White house - he gets indicted 4 times with 91 counts for a total of 1000 years in prison over things that are not actual crimes.
