yes, it is a Liberty and the tech set the combo of the new lock to the same as the original, which Liberty has, even for mech locks. Are you saying the Combination is not user adjustable.
If so I would buy a different safe.

Yes, you can reset it, or have a locksmith do it.
On the news of Liberty getting cosy with the FIB, I am buying a combo reset tool and will change mine myself.
