I don’t care who wins or loses. I just want it to stop.

Yep. I’m with President Trump on that. Let’s stop all the dying. On both sides.

Ukraine has absolutely NO chance of taking any territory back. Zip. Zero. Nada.

How many more Ukrainians have to die before you understand that?

And, the only reason Putin and Russia is in Ukraine is because of our meddling. The Russians have repeatedly pushed for peace -- with the Minsk Accords, in December of 2021 when they came to us with their security concerns and in Turkey in March of last year.

We wanted this proxy war, did everything we could to make it happen and now are doing everything we can to keep it going.

Kiev was the internationally accepted English-language spelling through the Soviet period and into the first years of this century.

But, according to Natalia Khanenko-Friesen, director of the Canadian Institute for Ukrainian Studies at the University of Alberta, the name “Kiev” is now associated with the Russification of Ukraine. In recent years, more and more publications, governments, airports and geographical dictionaries have switched the spelling to the Ukrainian variant, she said.
