Power Line ^

Under Ron DeSantis’s leadership, Florida has attained the enviable status of the state that liberals most like to hate, and to denigrate irrationally. Thus it is no surprise to see this headline: Pro-woke professors leave Florida universities in protest.

They’ll be much happier in Oregon...or North Korea

Well,it must be acknowledged that they're reasonably intelligent. However,it cannot be denied that Florida's MQ (Morality Quotient) is skyrocketing as we speak.

True. I like DeSantis. But he's just not ready for Prime Time when it comes to higher office.
To: davidwendell
Well, profs, I'm sure you'll be happier in a state more conducive to your, er, proclivities...

If professors and teachers taught things of value vice personal delusional opinions they’d be fine.

Never liked that guy... Always looked at his male softness and sensibilities more as gay than a female attraction attribute...

“But he’s just not ready for Prime Time when it comes to higher office.”
What makes you say that? What requirement for president does he lack?
He’s been an incredibly successful conservative governor of a big state. There is no greater qualification than that to be president.
His only sin is that he has dared take on Trump, and all the Trumpistas simply cannot stand that. It’s a completely irrational reaction.
I like Trump too, but in many ways he’s his own worst enemy.

Yes,it's my understanding that he's doing an excellent job as Governor. But my two most important reservations are 1) he's too young and 2) his resume isn't impressive enough *at this time* to qualify him.
I can easily believe that someday he will have reached a point where he's ready. But not today.
And I'm not even considering the fact that DJT has *proven* himself to be the best President in the last 70 years (or more).
