America’s decline follows a familiar arc: ‘Gradually, then suddenly’
you’ve likely never heard of Scottish mathematician John Napier, but his invention of logarithms in 1614 revolutionized the scientific world by making complicated calculations a thing of the past.
In a recent essay , Simon Black, the founder of the financial/political website Sovereign Man, discussed Napier’s concept of logarithmic decay, which he noted “models many real world phenomena.” According to Black:

It didn’t happen overnight. The slow, gradual decline began decades ago. But there’s no question it has accelerated over the last decade and, most notably, since President Joe Biden took office.
The ruling should cause an improvement in the quality of individuals entering the various medical fields. Only the best regardless of appearance will do that. Never fear though, the leftists will find a work around.
The real problem is not that doctor give worse care to a certain minority group because they are ignorant of the conditions that impact that certain community more. Doctors these days are VERY well trained about all of that stuff. It’s that the patients have been taught by their own community and the media to hate whitey and thus are less willing to open up to a white doctor.
The solution to that is NOT affirmative action...

Yeah, it might get better as more qualified people (of any color) are admitted to colleges instead of filling some quota with people who don’t give a crap but just wanna be part of the college lifestyle.
Is the only employment and admissions left on merit sports teams? Will they reach diversity goals and reflect the race percentages of the USA?
Essentially she’s saying that black patients have better outcomes when served by black providers. She then strings this together with bloviations about the entire medical profession being part of a “history of exclusion, displacement, and colonization.”

The marketplace will figure it out. Why are government schools so horrible at teaching specific minorities while teachers unions fight to the death when it comes to school choice? You don’t need affirmative action if primary and secondary education are doing the job they should be doing.
The black community in particular needs to hold itself accountable for poor outcomes. Who do you blame if you are well represented at the school board and local government? If you have the power, what are you doing? Why are you failing yourselves? It’s cultural and Democrats will do everything they can to tell blacks to stay in their lane and keep voting for them while nothing improves and the grievance culture thrives and violence destroys the next generation. Wake up and see the finesse.
This is one of the key reasons Trump has to be destroyed. His willingness to listen and challenge black voters ro try something different risks the death grip Dems have on controlling the black community. Your basic establishment Republican pays lip service, talks in generalities but knows they won’t make inroads so don’t take the fight to Democrats on their terms. You cannot persuade if you can’t effectively communicate with your audience.
The only reason Jim Crow Joe picked Kamala and KBJ is to specifically keep black women voting Democrat.
